Hello,

In 2020, we have all seen just how important it is to find agile solutions and pursue new avenues. We must come together, show courage and play an active part in shaping the future. Our digital trade fair appearances are just one example of how well this can work. We are therefore full of motivation for 2021 and look forward to meeting you at BAU Online from 13 to 15 January!

We want to continue shouldering our share of responsibility to society in future, thinking and acting with a global mindset. With this in mind, we decided to extend our “Donations instead of Gifts” initiative in 2020 and have teamed up with Treedom to plant a GEZE forest of 10,000 trees across Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, Nepal and Guatemala. The trees are planted by local smallholder farmers and are intended to yield long-term benefits for them – creating a future worth living.

GEZE Christmas campaign 2020

GEZE is planting a global company forest

Combining socio-economic and ecological goals

Our GEZE company forest will provide added food security, create jobs and support local infrastructure in fragile regions of the world. This initiative, which relies on the active participation of local people, aims to deliver a decisive boost to these communities. Over the long term, the GEZE company forest will be managed by 588 smallholder farmers and capture a total of 1,830,000 kilograms of CO2.
